Admission Process

1. Download & fill the admission form below.
2. Attach required documents:
   • Birth certificate
   • Last report card
   • One passport-size photo
3. Submit the form and documents in person at the school office.
4. Pay the admission fee at the time of submission.
5. Wait for confirmation via SMS or email within 5 working days.
